This hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially midweek, and I found it to be a great option for families. They were very accommodating, as they arranged for our group of seven to have rooms on the same floor. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and little grocery stores. We were able to walk to the city center and easily access the mountain trails.

I Have also been in the karczma and always been treated courteously and respectfully, but this time I was dissapointed with one member of staff who was more interested in using her mobile and disscussing her love life at great length and detail and also arguing quite noisily, guests accompanying me were appalled buy her conduct, she's not a good ambassador for the Fian (Monika)

The lady at the front desk was a very lovely person and extremely helpful and polite. She made our stay so much better.

First of all, I must say that the staff at this hotel were incredibly polite and helpful. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Moreover, the hotel offered a wide range of breakfast options, which was a great way to start the day. The complimentary mineral water in the room was a nice touch and added to our comfort. Lastly, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the Tatra mountain hiking trails, perfect for nature enthusiasts like us.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasing, and we didn't encounter any major issues.

Could have used a table so I could use my computer in comfort instead of hunched over an end table. Also, if breakfast is mandatory it should be included in the up-front price.

We enjoyed our stay over the Xmas period and also enjoyed the hospitality and dining. A wonderful way to have Xmas.

During our Easter getaway, we had a great stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary parking and WiFi. the location was also perfect as it was within walking distance of key attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.

Overall a very high standard for the money. Well located, very clean, good breakfast and polite staff.

Within walking distance to the hotspots, with learning slopes nearby. the room was spacious and clean, complete with a nice bathroom with hot water and a breathtaking view. the service was friendly and breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh and homemade foods and great coffee. We enjoyed the cosy bar/pizzeria adjacent to the hotel with some kids zone outside. We also appreciated the complimentary mineral water and the wide breakfast options.

The hotel lacked a sauna.

Though the rooms are not big, everything you need is there. Good lights. The beds (singles) seem at first sight rather simple but are comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower and is designed in a very practical way with everything you need. The breakfast is a feast. Everything seemed home-made and changed every day. Free parking on the premises and a 10 minute walk to the centre.

Hotel staff did not know anything about the skiing, ski rental etc which is poor given its down as a ski hotel and is 5 mins drive from the best slopes in the area.
